fslint menu items still gone...

What version is that? I cannot get a menu to appear on GNOME, GNOME
Classic, GNOME Flashback (compiz or metacity), or Unity. I can't recall
ever seeing a menu, but I'll see if I can find an old 12.x version to
verify.
