That's most likely caused by a bad package.
However, it doesn't harm to do what is suggested by the output, to run
sudo apt autoremove
to get rid of the automatically installed and no longer required
packages. After that run
sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade
again. I doubt that it will not fail again, most likely you need to file
a bug against the samba package

It likely is possible to work around the issue.
