What CLI? What is the prompt? What does it say when you try any commands?

You could even write them on a piece of paper. Legacy technologies
still work. Or you could photograph the screen and put the pics on a
photo-sharing site.

How would it if it won't boot? I'm honestly mystified.

Can you boot it from CD, DVD or live USB media?
