gnome continuously writing on disk

Hello, I upgraded from Ubuntu Gnome Trusty to Xenial, and gnome-session
is writing the disk all time. It has already ruined one disk an I need
to make it stop.

The output of iotop -o is:

I tried all solutions I found but it still happens the same. Tried
decreasing swappiness, disk write time, etc.

I ran hdparm -B 254 /dev/sda

adden in /etc/sysctl.conf:
vm.swappiness=10
vm.dirty_ratio = 40
vm.dirty_background_ratio = 1
vm.dirty_writeback_centisecs = 6000

added noatime,commit=60 to every entry of /etc/fstab (and rebooted)

I will appreciate any information, clue or advice to make me solve this
problem.
