Ideally every access point (radio) should have its own BSSID which is
its Mac address and when a client is connected to it it should only
receive packets for that BSSID right.
But if the router (radio) is configured to take any packet and put it on
the network no matter its destination as long as the SSID and security
credentials are correct (I don't know how that works) then it *might*
also take packets destined for the other MAC and bridge it regardless.
So in that case you could create a MAC ban for the other router and see
what happens.
