So that means Gmail sends different emails when you don't use the web.

I mean when you use a mobile device.

So maybe this hacker was using a program for it and so Google blocked 
it.

Nothing else to say about it.

I hope it wasn't you using a VPN and logging in in that way.

You won't find out any other information anyway, so...
