I doubt that any ksh developer (ubuntu or otherwise) is on this list.
You'd be better off filing a bug report - although it's a "universe"
package so it'll have to be forwarded to Debian for something to be
done.
You're better off forgetting about ksh and using mksh. It's actively
maintained and is the default android shell. ksh, on the other hand,
isn't actively maintained:
