Wondering.....

Ok so I've searched through all of the Internet links I could find and
somehow I can't find what I'm looking for, here's my problem:

I have installed......on a Lenovo ThinkPad T-430 laptop Ubuntu 16.04, I
have used it regularly for a while, (since 13.04!) and I cannot figure
out how to remove "Amazon" from my machine. Mind you...I've searched for
it and when I do?...it comes up as not being there, but the ICON is
STILL in my HUD/Lenses and there's no right-clicking to "Move To Trash"
or "Permanently Delete" can anyone shed light on this issue for me? If
its unrepairable?...then I'll be ditching this OS....we get enough
spying and "ad-slinging" from the likes of Android and Windows....don't
want or need it from my main Linux machines.

Thanks In Advance

Eddie G.
