is a project that has always worked very closely with Ubuntu to get
accessibility features (especially for blind and partially sighted
users) into ubuntu... they are/used to be very active on the ubuntu-
accessibility mailing list and used to base on LTS releases for their
own images ...

i dont know if they plan for an 18.04 release though ... but it is
probably worth to ask on the ubuntu-a11y list nontheless ...
