works from

/.local/share/applications/Pegasus.desktop

also works from desktop icon (copy/paste of above file) 

and these both work

wine D:/Shades/Mail/winpm-32.exe -O
wine /media/Angua/Shades/Mail/winpm-32.exe -O

BUT when the Launcher icon (added to favorites when app running) is clocked 
nothing happens now
