Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Epson scanner Perfection 4490 Photo

My Epson Pefection 4490 worked perfectly on version 16.04 and on Windows
10, my installation is  a dual boot Ubuntu and Win.

I can use the scanner on Win but I got a little more image quality with
Ubuntu.
