18.04 has no support for my printer

I am not going even going to attempt to sort this out. The changing of
permissions is not a fruitful route to getting you to print. Take it by
all means, but I am not following.

Lots of reasons for this. Do you fancy doing 'lpinfo -v' again? As I've
implied - no usb or hp lines means no printing. No "ifs" or "buts". Got
that?
