need debug version for checking kernel freeze

Dear team
     I ahve a Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) guest vm running on qemu KVM . The
guest VM freeze (100% cpu utilization ) occasionaly .
Using "virsh dump <domain> <core file> --memory-only " I am able to get the
dump .
I need the debug verssion of the kernel in oder to analyze the dump using
crash tool .

The kernel version is
Linux Ubuntu124 3.8.0-29-generic #42~precise1-Ubuntu SMP Wed Aug 14
16:19:23 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I searched in http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/pool/main/l/linux/ but did not get it

Please can you tell me where can i get the debug version of the kernel
