I've seen that and I'm sorry that it happened to you. Please don't
think we're all like that. I tend to lurk in here for that reason,
but if I have an answer to your (or anyone else's) questions, I'll

I can't help with the live installation question in this thread,
though. I have trouble with those on occasion, too.
