Ubuntu 18.04 GUI File Manager Weirdness

drwxrwxr-x. 2 goodneighbors goodneighbors 4096 Feb 28  2018 Untitled Folder

Note: this is on the NFS server machine (running CentOS 6).  I'm *not* logged 
into the Ubuntu workstation.  Oh, these are exactly the folders shown on the 
Desktop when the user in question is logged into the Ubuntu workstation.
