Unable to login to GNOME Shell xorg session while Wayland session works properly

I forgot to say, yes, I have removed following packages with purge
option and then re-installed them:

gdm3, gnome-shell, gnome-shell-common, gnome-session, gnome-tweaks, and
all GNOME Shell extensions

I also have removed/purged all packages related to flashback session
including gnome-panel, currently only GNOME Shell is installed on my
system which works well on Wayland.
