File manager browser access to SVN working directories

Is there a graphical file manager which understands when a directory is 
an SVN working directory, and will perform svn mv and svn del instead of 
normal move and delete?

I am NOT looking for a graphical SVN client in the normal sense to 
manage repos — I have scripts for that — but I need to reorganise and 
rationalise hundreds of files in dozens of SVN working directories and 
their descendants: basically mv, cp, and rm. I can then let my scripts 
perform the commits when needed.
