If it's a Windows executable, it won't. But you might be able to
unpack it with a Linux archive tool, or if it's self-extracting, run
it with WINE.

No. It is not a live medium.

But it runs fine without activation -- better than any version since
activation was introduced. MS has realised it's better to have people
on the latest OS, but pirated, than on obsolete cracked versions. The
pool of obsolete Windows acts as a malware infection reservoir, just
like antivaxxers among humans. You need herd immunity for everyone to
be safe.
