Yes, thank you for that clarification, Colin.

What I do expect is some reaction, even if it is not the right one.
When I click on it, I get nothing at all.

This happens on my desktop, on which I freshly installed 20.04 from
the iso, and on all the other machines I have upgraded from 18.04.
