Should do-release-upgrade upgrade from 18.04 LTS to 20.04 yet?

jpilot is up and running. 
I guess my trusty Palm Tungsten TX is not going to be added to the land
fill along with all those last weeks toys. 
It is much more trustworthy and reliable than those Ad-droid toys. :)
