Developing free software with C++ and Qt5

Hi,

I hope, one day, to write free software using C++. I am making progress but
I still have much to learn. I was wondering - which team / person works on
taking the Qt files and packaging them up into packages for installation on
Ubuntu? Is there an Ubuntu specific page to help people get to grips with
Qt and the Qt examples?

I am using Ubuntu 20.04.2 x86_64.
