Will installation on BIOS systems with no ESP be supported in 21.04?

I feel quite strongly about email quoting, and you can't do it, so I
don't know what you are talking about.

Hi there. Founder member of the world-wide Skeptics in the Pub
movement, 22 years ago. Thanks for showing that you know nothing about
me.

Read it a year ago. So what?

Yes, when last summer I upgraded a friend's cheap Core i3 laptop with
new RAM and an SSD, this is how I got his copy of Windows 10 to boot
from the new drive. I am or perhaps rather was a professional tech
support specialist, sysadmin, network architect and engineer. I have
been working with and supporting Windows computers on a professional
basis since Windows 2.1. Your point is?

No visible relevance.

On some machines, but also irrelevant. I didn't have any GPT disks in
any of my own machines until I started looking into this problem. One
excellent reason for this is that I do not own any disks of >2TB at
home or work, so I have no need of it.
I do have a home disk array of 5TB, but as you seem to think that you
are a more skilled IT systems expert than I, you will understand why I
am running it on ZFS, and you will also understand that the use of ZFS
makes any consideration of MBR or GPT irrelevant.
Or perhaps you don't know as much more about it than I do...

Well, as the following message to yours showed, it _has_ worked, it
_is_ fixed, and I even got a thankyou.
So in fact without your ill-informed snark, you will be shocked to
discover not only that I know as much about this as you do, but my
complaint _worked_.
