So looking again (the docuemnt says look at my sources.list) file - my
release Trusty Tahr" is not list at
http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/

I'm not seeing how to get updated.

The do-release-update" gives:
do-release-upgrade
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
No new release found
