Updating 14.04.03

So my source.list file has this:
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty main restricted
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty main restricted
- Which still seems valid -

The issue is its looking for a file called Packages -  and there is no
longer that file - its not Packages.gz

What do I do fix this ?
