ZTE phones as modems on Beaver - anyone try that?

Okay - so, you are wanting to use a ZTE cellphone as an audiovisual 
input device, in addition to using it as a modem, all via USB?

Do you know that the cellphone has the capability?

 From what I had understood, you were initially asking whether the 
cellphone could be used as a modem, if my understanding is correct.
