Issue about listing vulnerabilities on Ubuntu

+1 for this request... would be nice to be able to go onto a machine and
type a command that
validates dpkg -l vs. CVE list (but now it also has to look inside snaps,
and perhaps other containers.)
spits out a listing of the CVE's to which the server (or snaps or
containers) is vulnerable.
