ubuntu 16.04. Change label extreme portable SSD

GPartEd should do it.

I ran GPartEd and here is how I would do it.
1. Select the appropriate drive Gparted -> Devices.
2. Select the appropriate partition (there will only be 1 in this case, I
presume).
3. Unmount that partition with Partition -> Unmount
4. Label filesystem / partition with Partion -> Label Filesystem

You'll then need to remount the SSD.

Knowing how to use GPartEd is helpful because it can be run from a live
CD/USB drive - see https://gparted.org/
