Yes, this is likely ESXI (hypervisor type1) with VM(Ubuntu) and
Virtualbox (Hypervisor type 2) inside Ubuntu.

If I look here[1] , it already end of support. Anyway, Ubuntu 64 bit
installed correctly inside ESXI. It could be issue on virtualbox or
ubuntu config...
