Aha!
Thank you! I was going around and around adding custom times, never
actually choosing "Custom", so never seeing the additional dialogue.
It's not useful to have a completely different mechanism for choosing a
predefined period and a custom period. It's even worse that the
mechanism differs so markedly between having a single reminder and
having multiple reminders.
- There should be no "Custom" reminder entry
- The "Custom" dialogue should be permanently visible
- It should be prefilled with the currently selected reminder period
- The user can adjust the values before clicking "Add"
- Clicking the "Add" button should insert a reminder
using the current values
- If the reminder period is not in the current list, prompt
whether it should be added
Ah, well - at least it's a workable solution!
