When I still lived in the UK, most of my memory upgrades came from
Computer Exchange (CEX). Many of them were paid for by selling CEX old
graphics cards, network routers, DVDs and so on. I've bought a lot of
kit from them, including all 3 of my elderly mother's iPads and more.

The late founder of the chain, Bobby Durdani, was a personal friend of
mine, as was the late head of the high-street shops, Paul Farrington.

I worked there _very_ briefly for about a week in 1996, but the world
of retail is not for me. I did advise them on some stuff, though.
However I have no shares or anything, no affiliation, and get no
kickbacks. I'm just another punter. Saying that, they're great and
have saved me thousands of pounds.
