Never used Netcloud, but on my Mint 20.1 system,
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu contains a single tree,
/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.0/auto/Module/Build/.packlist
(and as I don't consciously use Perl, I have no idea what this is or why
it's there, so it's not of interest anyway).
