OK, so there is a version F.34 Rev.A and it's from this year.

I can't tell from that output what version you have.

I would suggest you check what version you're running now and if it is
lower than v34, update it.

The easiest way is usually to do a cold start and go into the firmware settings.

How you do that is up to you.

If you are running in UEFI boot mode, maybe `fwupdmgr` can do it for you.

I usually make a FreeDOS bootable USB and copy the file on to that,
but I have not worked on an HP laptop in a decade+ so I don't know if
the BIOS can be installed from DOS.

Some firmware can read the update off a FAT-formatted USB and install
itself, directly from a Windows self-extracting archive. Worth a look.
