executing a command in a remote ubuntu VM running in a microsoft server using ssh.

Hi there

I want to run a command (ideally a bash shell) in a remote ubuntu VM(vmware) 
guest that runs in a windows server.

Can anybody of you give me some instructions how to do this:

Please tell me what more information you nee to do so.
