Could be retrieved package of samba-libs files on storage area are 
corrupt but metadata said it ok.. try to remove it and update to fetch 
new package

$ sudo rm 
/var/cache/apt/archives/samba-libs_2%3a4.11.6+dfsg-0ubuntu1.8_amd64.deb
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt upgrade
