Hello  - I do something like this on the KERNEL boot line

autoinstall 'ds=nocloud-net;seedfrom=https://YourIP/autoinstall/' ip=dhcp
'url=http://YourIPubuntu-20.04.3-live-server-amd64.iso'

Then you put your user-data file in the correct directory.
Also create an empty meta-data file  in the same directory.
