Unable to update -- Waiting for headers

I think something screwy going on with some of the Internet backbone routers 
for the past couple of days.  I tried to update some machines at the local 
library (I admin those machines) and couldn't because I couldn't access the 
Ubuntu repo servers from the library's network connection.  I think the 
backbone ISPs are working on the problem, since the library's network 
connection is working now.
