Yes - I have been sharing the same swap partition between multiple
versions, for several years.

And, when 22.04 is released, you should be able to share the swap
partition with that, also.

It is, I believe, an option that is available, during the installation
process, when the "Other" process is selected, when the installing
person repartitions the primary physical hard drive, and allocates the
partitions.
