it. Unforch, I believe on stretch, with a preempt-rt kernel, it lies
like a rug about cpu speed, claiming a cheap 6 core i5 is running at 4.6
gigahertz, which is about 3.6 gigahertz above its actual speed, and a
gigahertz above its max rated speed.
Its running at nearly room temps 30 to 32C and lightly loaded at 900 Mhz.

That, either one will need both heat sinks and a fan, mine has both.
I have a small ups on it, and uptimes have exceeded 6 months on the
pi, averages 40 days on this much busier stretch machine
