no update for 21.10 ??

Hi there

I installed 21.10 on my laptop a week ago.

Now for some days, whenever I do an apt update, I get an "All packages are up to 
date." message.

this seems to be unusual, and I assume, that something in my settings is wrong.

How/where can I check that?
