How to disable all "keyboard shortcuts"

shortcuts inside of one program, the reference for all the shortcuts
is all in one place and you can quickly see what will be affected by

a screenshot first and save it with "default" in the name so that I
know that those were the default settings before I stepped on them.

My text editor's default behavior takes you to the beginning or end
of the current paragraph when the Home or End keys are pressed. I
consider that to be bad behavior and would rather be taken to the
beginning or end of the current line. There's another pair of
key-combinations for my desired behavior in the program's default
key-bindings, so I always swap those out immediately after installing
the program.
