I am running Xorg - I have WaylandEnable=false in my custom.conf file
I am seeing this :
Xorg.0.log:[ 1417.945] (EE) systemd-logind: failed to get session: PID
6623 does not belong to any known session
And of source X does not start... Did some searching and nothing good comes
up.
Anyone know what to do here ?
I am running linux-generic-hwe-20.04 which has changed from 5.11 to 5.13
kernel
Also - how might I drop back to 5.11 - I think it was running OK before
that
This is still loaded on my system:
vmlinuz-5.11.0-40-generic
There is no boot menu for grub - I just changed /etc/default/grub and
changed TIMEOUT=0 to TIMEOUT=10 and rebooted - seemed like I had a 10
second delay - but no menu showed to select a different kernel.
Thanks,
jerry
