Ubuntu 20.04.3 desktop (Cinnamon) - SSH disconnects when user logs off the desktop!

either through the top-right menu in "Settings" or by clicking at the
9-dot icon at the bottom left and typing in "Settings" which should
give you the gear icon and take you to the same app ... 

in that app there is an "Energy" or "Power" option in the menu on the
left pane that gets you to the power settings ...
