Ubuntu Server 22.04 USB Will Not Boot

I just downloaded and wrote the Ubuntu Server 22.04 image to USB and when trying to boot, I select Try/Install Ubuntu Server from the GRUB Menu and all I get is a flashing underscore at the top.

I tried pressing e on the grub entry and adding nomodeset and now I get "Booting a command list" with a flashing underscore.

The memtest option on the 22.04 USB boots fine. The Ubuntu 20.04 USB Boots with no issues. Linux Mint boots fine. I tried my old Windows server 2012 R2 USB and that boots fine.

I re-downloaded and did the md5sum and re-wrote the USB and it made no difference.

Why is this happening only with Ubuntu 22.04? is the ISO faulty? Can anyone help?
It is a 2015 Gen 8 HP Microserver with an i3 3240, 16GB RAM

Thanks
Paul
