Lost connection on apt update

I lost a connection to a machine that was doing a script with these
commands:

apt-get --yes  update
 apt-get --yes --with-new-pkgs upgrade
  apt-get --yes --purge         autoremove
   apt-get --yes                 autoclean
 snap refresh

It was almost done - it was creating new boot images.

How do I regenerate those images - or "make sure" the machine is OK to
reboot?
