LibreWolf is new to me. Sounds good. I installed it, it's the same
version as Firefox is, version 101.0.

From the above link:
"GNUzilla is the GNU version of the Mozilla suite, and GNU IceCat is
the GNU version of the Firefox browser."
I've got IceCat installed on a bare metal Ubuntu and on a bare metal
Arch Linux since 2015, IceCat 31.8.0 until today, but the last GNU bin
was upgraded in 2019 to version 60.7.0.
When IceCat "worked" it already was an unusable browser, completely
incompatible with the Internet. At the moment the official released bin
doesn't work at all.
To my knowledge there's neither an Ubuntu PPA, nor an Arch Linux
repository providing the current version of IceCat. IOW there's the
need to build the package from source. Building Firefox based browsers
takes 2, 3 or 4 hours on my machine.
GNU/IceCat is at version 91+, but there's no bin available. IOW there
would be the need to build it, just to get something really freakish.
