Editing the XFCE application launcher menu

It's been years since I used Xubuntu, and I suspect that's true of many on
this list.

I just checked https://xubuntu.org/help/

It looks like Xubuntu has its own email list, plus some other support
methods, including IRC, where you will more likely reach more folks using
Xubuntu as their "daily driver."

Good luck, and feel free to report back here when you learn the answer to
the questions, to help anyone searching in the future.
