Problem with kernel 5.13.0-41, how to wait for the next one?

Yes, that wasn't what I actually meant. I have the GRUB menu by
default so I'm always offered the choice. What I mean was how would I
get the default choice to be the older kernel (and/or how would I stop
updates removing it).
I guess it's a GRUB configuration change of some sort.
However, as I said, it's now not an issue.
