20.10 is out of support now. You should not be using it any more.
If you do not want to upgrade your OS every 9 months, only run LTS
versions. You should update to 22.04 and then stay there.
So Wine 7 is probably too new for this 2-release-cycles-dead version.
(21.04 is also dead, and 21.10 dies in about 40-50 days' time. I
already updated my single 21.10 box to 22.04.)
Don't run outdated short-term support releases. You are thereby making
a world of pain for yourself.
