Interesting. I would really like to get to grips with GIMP and other tools
(such as Inkscape). Any recommendations for suitable tutorials?

I use LibreOffice for many things. Mainly Writer, Calc, and Draw (in order
of most frequently used to least frequently used).

I'd like to incorporate diagrams into Writer documents. At the moment I mix
text and graphics using LibreOffice Draw..

However, I am definitely not a "pro" when it comes to graphics.
