Printer install problem - PROBLEM SOLVED

Hi,

I have a solution to the printer problem that works somewhat. The 
problem was that the printer seems to work only with windows. HP says 
that the printer can work with Linux but I have been unable to get it to 
work with windows only.  The answer is to hook it up to an old windows 
computer and make it a network printer. The solution is not elegant but 
ti does work.  The old windows computer acts as a printer server only 
and any internet connection will not be allowed.  The solution is not 
what I wanted but at least it works.
